Nando Saad is an internationally recognized entrepreneur and financial consultant, known for his strategic vision, professional ethics, and consistent results throughout decades in the insurance and financial services industry.
Born in São Paulo and a U.S. citizen, Nando has built a solid career bridging Brazil and the United States. He founded companies such as FS3M Group, FS Advisors, MV Magneto, Next Generation, and Billi-on Investments — all with international operations.
Licensed in insurance, investments, and financial consulting, he specializes in serving high-net-worth clients, focusing on international planning, offshore structures, and real estate investments across the U.S., Brazil, and Europe.
He also leads a global network of more than 700 consultants in 14 countries, offering comprehensive solutions in wealth management, international protection, and investment advisory.
With 21 “Top of the Table” awards from MDRT — one of the most prestigious honors in the industry — Nando is globally recognized for his excellence, leadership, and client commitment.
Married since 1993 and father of three, he combines professional success with strong family values, building lasting relationships based on trust, ethics, and results.
MICHAEL M. MATLUCK
A natural-born entrepreneur, Michael Matluck brings over 40 years of experience in real estate and finance, with a strong presence in Florida and other key economic hubs across the United States.
– Born in Portland, Maine, in 1951;
– Graduated in Accounting from the University of Miami (1975);
– Began his real estate career in 1977 in New York City;
– Licensed real estate broker in Florida since 1978;
– Founder of Financial Services & Insurance Brokerage, with operations in over 20 countries and a network of 2,000+ agents and advisors;
– In 2018, sold his real estate brokerage firm, ICS Realty Inc., to the publicly traded COMPASS (NYSE: COMP)-the #1 largest real estate company in the USA;
– Married for 44 years, father of three, and grandfather of four — a respected business and family legacy.
