Since our last update, The Project has made significant progress towards construction!
It’s really starting to take shape with multiple building structures up.
We’re excited to see the site transform as the construction continues!!

We met this week with the development team and are pleased to attach the monthly progress report on Townhomes of Powell. They are planning to install cameras soon so all partners will be able to watch progress in real time. As soon as this is accomplished and online access established, we will invite you to the site. As you can see from the report movement continues at a rapid pace.
We will be visiting Sao Paulo the week of September 18 and the development team plans to accompany us. If you would like to meet, please contact Nando or me for to schedule. We will be discussing current projects including land development, Self-storage and multi-family, as well as several new opportunities. Due to traffic and time constraints, we will do our best to accommodate.
